All Jerraí pieces are handmade to order. Because each piece is handmade please allow additional time for production and fulfillment. Processing time is 7–21 business days, depending on order volume and design complexity. Once shipped, delivery times are: • U.S: 3–7 business days • International: 7–21 business days A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as Jerraí is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen items due to incorrect information provided.

As a small business, we do not mass produce items, all items are handmade, for that reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:  You received the wrong item, or you received the incorrect size due to an error on our end. If either applies, please contact us at lifeofjerrai@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the item received. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue through an exchange or refund. Please note:     •    Items must be unworn and in their original condition
